    Thanks, Peter!

I wanted to add that the reason I chose to do this as a WP CLI command is so I could easily see the output of the command running and generate lat/lon values for each user. Obviously this takes a while to run but you only do it once.

This could be adapted to not use wp cli but I think running it from command line is a really good approach.

Oh, you're awesome alex _at_ digisavvy.com - I'm pretty much doing this exact thing and just need some clarification. I'm going to tinker but if I can bounce questions off of you about your setup that would be super helpful.

Tell me about it, and PLEASE INCLUDE BETTER PERMALINK REWRITE SOLUTIONS IN CORE. I DON'T NEED FULL SITE EDITING.

I hear you on "yet another plugin" but it's light weight and honestly it's pretty lightweight ymmv. I haven't seen a huge impact +/- using this plugin. Including meta infos programmatically is pretty easy if it's not supported directly by your SEO plugin/theme or whatever.

Hey Suzanne! I'm having a similar issue getting Google Maps fields to update properly when given certain information. Would I be able to pester you for information on how you got things working on your end? I know it's over a year later but I'm in a bind. Happy to pay for your time.

    hey Jordan!
I'm not sure if this will be a helpful suggestion, but I'd suggest picking up Permalink Manager Pro. I've had to use it for a few non-standard URL structures on client projects. I realize that might seem like a lazy answer but perhaps it's the one that gets you moving.

The docs for Geolocation are, for me, pretty confusion. I think the docs should be split up in a way that it's clear which part is for Google Config and for OSM config. I'm happy to update that doc once this issue is resolved.

For Open Street Maps you must use 'building' not 'address' per your docs.

Hmm, I think you might be referreing to Google Maps and Not OSM. I can get Google Maps Geolocation to work just fine. That is not the problem. Open Street Maps does NOT work properly. The documentation you're referring to only applies to Google Maps/Location, what you're directing me to do is for the wrong thing basically.

    Address field
The address field is used to retrieve the suggestions from the Geolocation API. To add an address field, add a text field with an ID that starts with address (like address or address_something)...

    This issue is still open

    Hi there,

I did that and I didn't notice any errors still. https://watch.screencastify.com/v/XjbnyJE5PD8DXxhwvxyx - I did switch to 2023 and deactivated plugins except mb related.
