Meta Box

I've just bought it, but Meta Box Show Hide (JS) is not hiding the box in any case. An example with a page template:

[...]
'autosave' => true,
'include' => array(
'template' => array( 'template-rooms.php' ),
),
'fields' => array(
[...]
