ParticipantI found the error. I had a condition 1 = 2.
I thought this should work just to hide an element temporarly, but seems not the case.

By preparing a test site for you I found the reason for the problem.
I added a 2nd taxonomy field for the SAME taxonomy as an alternative Badge Choice.
The field was hidden because of conditions and my thinking was wrong.I now know for the purpose of a the alternative badge I need to use the advanced taxonomy.

It is basically working quite well. But in order to have more flexibility with the dividers, it would be great if you can add a class attribute, like for the other fields.

Thanks for analyzing.
I understand this in this case. As far I can remember, it was another field which was has not the same id, but unfortunately I can't remember and in my video the mouse was not visible so I can't figure out anymore, sorry for that.
But now I started to add the prefix in all conditions, then it works, although it's anoying (and then you can't just copy field groups and reuse them without adapting all conditions).

Do I need to use the prefix or not? ...in 90% of cases it works without, but sometimes not, especially when working with group fields. But in this case I cannot see any reason why it's not working. Did you inspect my install?

I now tried to add the prefix manually and this seems to work.
Why is this necessary in this case?
I want to understand so I'll not loose more time in future.

I'm sorry. I found the reason for this problem. It's because of a trim words function which was applied.

I could only find 1 bug in the (#3 understore). After that the code did work.
Thanks for this.The firing of the code can have page reload but not a save, so the save-post action is not suitable.
