    More information:

    AIO 1.6.16 seems to work fine with both login & register, 1.7.0 does not. The strange thing is that the MB User Profile plugin that's included in both AIO versions is the same (1.1.3).

    Hi Anh,

    This doesn't seem to work for the login form? The login form still only displays the submit button, remember checkbox and forgot password link.
