I figured out what I did wrong.
1) I changed to the default WordPress postbox and it was toggled closed.
2) I changed back to seamless and it disappeared because it held the closed state from before.
The fix was to switch back to the WordPress postbox and open it. Save. Then switch back to seamless and it's no longer hidden. 🙂
