Same here. Also, if I go to Custom Field Groups and click "Edit" on an existing custom field group, it starts to load correctly (says "Loading fields, please wait...) and then everything except the title box disappears (i.e. the box that has the Fields and Settings Tabs as well as the box that says Theme code disappear).
Everything was working correctly before I updated.
