Thanks Dustin. I gave them admin access and all, they checked and couldn't figure it out. And I have no idea how to fix this so I am in a limbo. If there are other reported case they might show more willingness to resolve this.

Can I also ask how I could remove my email name from my username and change it to something else on this support forum?
