Hi Peter,

Here is the screenshot you requested:

Note: On both sites (a and B), when I use version 3.3.4:
wp-admin/admin.php?page=meta-box-aio
I can only see the header (M Extensions). The rest of the page is empty.

I have to use version 2.2.3 to get Extensions page to show the list of extensions.

Clearing the transients and activating the key by the wp-config.php works perfect on both sites: A and B.
On site A, I can see the Extensions page while on Site B I can't.

Site A:

Site B: Nothing

Site A: Meta Box Menu

Site B: Meta Box Menu

I am puzzled...
