    Hi Peter,

    I found the issue! It appears WordPress incorrectly showed my plugins as up-to-date. Even after force-checking it multiple times. But I actually had Meta Box AIO version 1.27.1 installed. After manually updating the plugin (to 2.2.2) by overwriting the files, everything is now working correctly. The cloneable group rows are displaying properly in the backend and persist after saving.
