Problem solved:
MetaBox was somehow trying to recreate the Posts and Pages WordPress built-in post types, with the same slugs as the built-in ones, hence the error.
I have just deleted Posts and Pages post types from the Metabox Post Types list, and everything looks OK, ...so far 😉
