I got the licence ultimate so I can ( will can !!) realise my projet
I try to explain ::In an article , i want to insert name and surname fo the autor of the book we are discuss
Why that ? because i want the user be able to search in the site all the books described with the autor named
to avoid error this wait is better, if the writter of the article put the name it will be a lot of difference ( Camus, camus , kamu , etc )
so the table containing the name and surname will be update by the admin
I think this could be set by a gutenberg block with a choice in the table by listParticipant@peter

I did'nt answer to @peter , but all of that is done , i created custom fields, i can saw these what is missing is how can i insert the customs fields in a gutenberg block and I saw the location option for setting should give " post type , taxinomie, comment, seting page .. " AND block . but this option are missing for meParticipantOF corse MB block is with the more expensive licence and I juste have primary one
