I've also cleared cache at both site and server levels.

Resolved: Initially, I duplicated a field and changed the field type. Then, when I added a new field type and selected one of the file types, it decided my challenge.
I have the challenge posed in the original question from Anja. My permalink is /sample-post/, yet nothing seems to work.
