I second this. There is a large issue occurring in the post types and taxonomies since the latest update. Somehow I see all the custom post types and even posts and pages under the MB CPTs menu. Also the categorization of WordPress have crashed, it just shows everything on every category. The issue goes out when I deactivate MB Custom Post Types & Custom Taxonomies.
Yup, I deleted the whole red lines and replaced them with the new additions (green). Otherwise, it would trigger a fatal error taking the whole thing down I guess.
