ParticipantSame problem here regarding required cloneable fields. I do not need to downgrade, but I do need to disable the required option for subfields.

rwmb_meta( 'field_name', [ 'object_type' => 'block' ] );does not work for any block field, andmb_get_block_field() and mb_the_block_field()must be used.ParticipantI am doing it correctly. The other fields work, just not Image/Single Image

ParticipantThat version was not available in WP admin. I had to download and install it manually. That did fix the error.
ParticipantEverything is up to date. This is with all other plugins disabled and 2023 active theme
ParticipantThis is resolved. I found something editing the columns after MB.
ParticipantThey are working now! After I made another change to my field group and saved, the icons started appearing. This topic can be closed. 🙂

It does not make any sense to tell the user, "Click the Edit icon in the block toolbar to enter content" if there are no fields to fill out.
My block does technically have a "field" in the list of Fields in Edit Field Group, but it is just Custom HTML that explains the block has no settings. It still renders in the editor with the "Click the Edit icon" message.
ParticipantI really wish you folks would try your instructions before posting them here. You make this even more frustrating by providing "answers" that doesn't work.

ParticipantWell, Beaver Builder doesn't know it's a date or do any formatting. That's totally on Meta Box. So you probably want to fix your integration to work correctly.
