Participant... because what I really want to do is create a page where my CPT "vehicles" can be managed by anyone with the correct permissions.
If I use this as it stands, only vehicles created by the current user can be managed.

ParticipantOk, I found the post_id I needed and I get the dashboard. It's showing "ALL" post and I want the page to only edit a CPT - not every post submitted by the current user.
Can this be done?

ParticipantI guess I have my answer to:
If I have Force Delete checked, should the images in the Media Manager be deleted if the trash is dumped? They are not being so.
If I delete an image inside the post, they are removed from the Media Library but simply deleting the post itself does not remove the images.
Any way to achieve what I want ie: removing the post removes the images as well?

ParticipantOk very strange. I deleted the Image Advanced field(s) and then put them back, now they save as expected.

ParticipantA little more info: I actually have two of these fields. One I am limiting to one image and it saves. The second I am attempting multi and they are not.

ParticipantSorry I am very new to Metabox and this is my first question.
We need to generate "Stock Numbers", "Invoice Numbers" etc.
You could create a condition as to when to increment. Options might be "Created", "Saved", "Updated" etc - let us choose which.
How about that?
Allow us to pre-post pend something from a select list: Select: a text string from a created dropdown or a generated value.
How about if we created a codeblock in a snippit and the code was returned via a shortcode?
Can we use a shortcode in a field?

ParticipantLong,
I purchased a LTD licence from you. I put down significant money and faith in your product based on other people's recommendations.
Without any desire to personally offend you (but maybe that's not going to be possible), as a paying customer, this is truly a "copout" answer. Any provider that gives me that answer "out of hand" not as you have done here loses my respect and support. When you give an answer like that you disrespect me as a customer. You are saying (between the lines without even knowing me) "You aren't smart or skilled enough to tackle this yourself. This is too far above you to try and do." You don't even know me or my skill level. You make the assumption that since I asked if your product had the ability or if you could reference any resources, I don't know anything. That's what the kind of answer you gave says.
Although I would NEVER expect you to write code specifically for my project(s), I would expect some discussion of what would be involved at a high level at the very least. I would expect some references to the resources that discuss what it involved and what might be necessary to perform the task. I would expect that you as a developer and a provider would at the very least acknowledge that this is something you product does not at this time provide any resources for and at minimum entertain that there may a need for such a feature set.
I have a lifetime developer's licence from ACF as well and although I would never expect them to write my code for me, do have some high level solutions for such a request and they were willing to reference resources in their own offerings as well as some possible others, that lead to a possible solution should I choose to pursue it.
At the end of the day, if you don't have the ability to supply anything to help in your own codebase, you just say so. Don't patronize me. From what I have seen from the rest of your code, this answer you gave is below you.
It's up to me as a client to decide if I need outside help and if I choose to continue using your codebase as a starting point - not yours.
I am quite angry at your reply. I feel prejudged and demeaned as a customer.
If a refund is / were possible at this point of my very first and only support request to date, I would gladly take it. If that is possible, please let me know.
Thank you,
-John
