Please try to deactivate all plugins except Meta Box plugins and Oxygen, change the permalink structure to Post name then check the issue again.

If you select to show the field for taxonomy, it will show the field in all terms settings include the child term (child category).
Regarding the field still shows for the taxonomy when you select another type like Posts, could you please take some screenshots of this problem? I've tested on my site but do not see the problem like that.

If there are many Category items when you select the taxonomy in the Builder, you can deactivate all plugins except Meta Box, MB AIO, and WooCommerce. As I understand you want to show the list People (CPT) on the page Market and show the custom field of each people in the list. If it's true, please try to use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/ele-custom-skin/, it will help you design a loop item just like a single template and it would be used as a skin so you can be able to create a post grid the way you like.

I'm working on localhost too, use the theme Twenty Nineteen, some attributes label_submit, label_remember and label_lost_password of the shortcode

You can add this code to the file functions.php in the child theme folder or use Code Snippets plugin to run the code.
