ParticipantHi Peter,
I can't update until our next round of updates in a couple of months. I just wanted to report this so you could look into it and fix if needed. It's solved for me via the database delete I performed.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Peter,
Thank you. So, I need to disable the option "Generate block.json" on staging, create the export file, import it into the live site?
Should I then enable "Generate block.json" on the live site? It won't work without a block.json file, I suppose?

ParticipantHi again,
WP Go Maps added a check if Google Maps is already loaded. That fixed the issue. It will be included in their next release.

ParticipantI received this from WP Go Maps support: "I run a few tests regarding this and found that if we prevent our Google Maps API loading scripts from loading anywhere on the back-end, the MetaBox map in the post editor loads correctly, however, then our maps do not load in our map editor. Note that we do not load our Google Maps API in the post editor unless there is one of our maps being loaded on the page with a preview."
Their question to you is: "Ask them to confirm how they load the Google Maps API in their plugin and what URL do they use?"
We have been using both Meta Box and WP Go Maps for a long time and this conflict didn't pop up earlier. A change in either plugin must have caused this somehow.

ParticipantOk, WP Go Maps is currently looking into this.
What happens until this is fixed, if we edit and save a post that already has a location configured? Will it keep the location it had, or remove it?

ParticipantHi Peter,
I deactivated all plugins on our staging site, and enabled them one by one. I found that if WP Go Maps (9.0.27) is deactivated, the issue doesn't occur.
I updated Meta Box and Meta Box AIO to the latest version, which did not help.
Then I updated WP Go Maps and WP Go Maps Pro to the latest version, which did not help either.
Activating the WordPress 2024 theme doesn't make a difference.
I suppose a bug fix is needed for Meta Box, WP Go Maps or both?

ParticipantHi Peter,
Thanks, that's the kind of simple solutions I love!
Arno
ParticipantOk, the info is in your mailbox now.

ParticipantHi Peter,
Thanks. I'm already on that version. I found that I had a similar problem before, and Meta Box Support gave me this workaround to solve it:
.rwmb-wysiwyg.wp-editor-area { visibility: visible !important; }Did the class names change perhaps, causing this fix to no longer work?
Kind regards,
ArnoArno
ParticipantThis is likely fixed in Meta Box AIO 1.21.3.

ParticipantThis is solved in Meta Box AIO 1.21.3.
@Anh: thanks for your help. Please make sure that new Meta Box releases are tested on larger more complex websites. That will prevent a lot of trouble.

ParticipantI have this issue too using the latest version, in WYSIWYG fields. But if I click the text/html tab, the content shows up.

ParticipantHi Anh Tran,
Thanks for trying that. I have e-mailed more details and login credentials to my staging site. Please confirm if you have received that.
Kind regards,
ArnoArno
Participant@AJ Tatum: perhaps you're having the same problem I have: https://support.metabox.io/topic/fatal-single-quote-error-in-meta-box-5-7-3-and-aio-1-21-2/

ParticipantPerhaps I saw the error just before installing the update. It was when re-saving posts, although we did not remove images. I hope it's gone. If not, I'll report back.
Thanks!
