Thanks again for your concern, but we've solved the problem without the visual interface usage. Everything is working fine if we do smth with the code only. Excuse us for troubling. Have a good day!
After the all plugins' switching off the Extensions submenu began to show the list of active extensions but they are still unable to access (screenshot). Also the User profile submenu has appeared but it also has no practical usage (screenshot)
