    Hi everyone!

    We are developing a site. It uses Meta Box for some settings and custom fields in the Dashboard. The development has been pausing for some time and renewed recently.

    After some time from that we've noticed that Meta Box wasn't worked as expected. Now it has only three items in the dropdown menu (Dashboard, Extensions, and Licence) and also shows the following error on the Extensions page:

    We have updated Meta Box and Meta Box AIO plugins. Also we have renewed a license to the Personal - Ultimate Bundle level and regenerated the license key. But the error is still presents...

    Can you help us with this issue please?

    Hello,

    The issue is related to the older version of Meta Box. Please make sure you have the latest version of the Meta Box plugin 5.9.8 and check the issue again.

    Hello!

    Thanks for the reply, but we have the latest plugins' versions as the Dashboard says (5.9.8 for MB and 1.26.3 for MB AIO):

    Hello,

    Maybe it is affected by another plugin or theme. Please deactivate all plugins except Meta Box, MB AIO, switch to a WordPress theme and let me know how it goes.

    After the all plugins' switching off the Extensions submenu began to show the list of active extensions but they are still unable to access (screenshot). Also the User profile submenu has appeared but it also has no practical usage (screenshot)

    After the switching to the 2024 theme the result was the same...

    It's difficult to troubleshoot the issue on your site without taking a look. Can you please copy the live site to a staging site and share the credentials?

    Thanks again for your concern, but we've solved the problem without the visual interface usage. Everything is working fine if we do smth with the code only. Excuse us for troubling. Have a good day!
