    I was wondering whether any progress had been made on this?

    It would be very useful for our non-technical users.

    Hi Anh

    I've tested this morning with your latest commits of wysiwyg.php and wysiwyg.js, and they seem to be working fine. I've also dployed them to our development server which you still have access to if you need to test them yourself.

    When can we expect these fixes to be rolled out to a proper update?

    Thanks for your support on this.

    I've sent you a support email with access to our development server and a screencast of the issue.

    Hi

    We've had some more issues with this. Can you re-open the support thread?

    While the content is now visible in the "Visual" tab, changes made there are not saved.

    Any advice on how to resolve this?

    Hi Long Nguyen

    Sorry for the delay in replying to you, we were on annual leave over the New Year period.

    I can confirm updating to 5.3.6 has fixed the issues we were having.

    Thanks for the quick turn around on this!

    What order are you loading in your CPTs?

    We load ours from MU plugins which has a higher execution order than ones in the theme or the normal plugin folder.

    I have figured this out, you need to have an execution order greater than the default of 10 on the metabox rwmb_meta_boxes filter.

    add_filter( 'rwmb_meta_boxes', [$this,'generateMetaBox']);

    Becomes

    add_filter( 'rwmb_meta_boxes', [$this,'generateMetaBox'],20);

    Hi

    I didn't get any feedback from the devs which was a little disappointing.

    My own research indicates that it is caused by the order that custom post types are loaded. I haven't looked at this for ages so I'll spin up a test site and do some more digging.

    I was wondering if it was possible to get the WordPress link dialog added into the core?

    It would make a really useful addition to the toolset. Currently to have a custom link area you have to define a text box for the button or link text and also define a URL box. The downside to this method is that the end user must enter the full URL of the destination.

    With the WP link box the user can easily select the destination if it is internal or enter the full URL if it is a rarer external link.

    I have included a screenshot of the dialog box I mean.

    Sorry if this is already built in somewhere, I couldn't find it in the documentation.

    Is there any further debug information you need on this?

    I just tried it as a normal plugin, I am getting the same issue.

    It's being loaded as an MU plugin. I'll try moving it to the normal plugin folder.

    Thanks for the response. I'll make that change and pass it through to testing.

    Great spot! Thank you so much! It was driving me up the wall.

    Thanks again, this has restored the anticipated behaviour.
