I didn't create a custom Category for either of them. I just made the categories in FAQs. Here's our custom taxonomies - and they all apply to "Products":

ParticipantSo I tried for a while myself, and compared the PHP code of that one to one that was working - and found out that "Publicly queryable" was unchecked! Checked it off and it works.

Thanks for the reply, but I'm afraid you're still using a Romanized language. When I use the Korean text Hangeul, I don't get the CTP listed:
