As always, thank you very much.

ParticipantHi Anh,
No I don't need the logout link, I was just curious the other day because I couldn't see it, then it dawned on me that I have never clicked on it so I looked all over the place for it...lol.
So yeah, just curious is all. Thanks though, appreciate you taking the time to answer.

ParticipantOh yeah most def. Sorry if I seem overly excited but I have reached a certain point in this project and I'd like to get it done and move on to the next part...again sorry.
I think you should do this for all the fields: Make a tutorial or a video or both. I know this would make your site even more AWESOME.
Thanks again for the help. I appreciate it.

ParticipantOr maybe this: A tutorial on how to actually use
rwmb_meta()andrwmb_the_value().Like how would I actually use:
$css = rwmb_the_value( $field_id, '', '', false ); echo '';(taken from the background field documentation...doesn't seem to work properly though) and use it to show a background image for div.
I tried using the code I pasted from the
background fielddocs and it doesn't even work. In the example given the css is supposedly wrapped in adivbut it doesn't work.tsquez
ParticipantHi Anh,
Wow, I thought you would try and explain a little bit more than repeating what is already in the docs located here https://docs.metabox.io/fields/background/
I'm sorry I forgot to mention that I did try both of those methods.
So again I ask, maybe you can do a little tutorial and show me and others how to add a background image to a container. Nothing fancy, something super duper easy.
Trust me, it's very confusing.
Yes No?
tsquez
ParticipantYes sir, works perfectly, thanks again.

ParticipantAh ok I understand now and that makes perfect sense, however I need you to look at this:

When I remove the above mentioned css this is what I get. I have a colorbox and just after it, I have a switch.
As you can see the switch's z-index is higher than the colorbox. I have tried everything to correct the issue but I can seem to get it. Could you please correct that?
Thanks for the answer and again all is greatly appreciated.

ParticipantOK i think I have found a solution. You need to change this
.rwmb-color-wrapper .wp-picker-holder {position: absolute;}to this:
.rwmb-color-wrapper .wp-picker-holder {position: relative;}makes everything work nicely. I hope this help but please tell me if I am wrong
Thanks again.

ParticipantHi there,
Me again. Unfortunately the metabox is not expanding the way it should. I did update to 1.1.0 and here is a screen shot of what the color field does:

Shouldn't it look like this:

Thought I would let you know. Thanks again.
tsquez
ParticipantAgain thank you so much. And again I apologize for being impatient - I just get excited about stuff...lol.
tsquez
ParticipantAwesome sir thank you. Sorry for being a littel "anxious"...lol, I was just bored and I realize my humor doest go over well with everyone.
Great work none the less. Thank you again.
tsquez
ParticipantIs this thing on?...lol
tsquez
ParticipantAnyone?
tsquez
ParticipantSo all I do is just make sure to add the
do_shortcodeand it will run any shortcode added there?tsquez
ParticipantOK sorry I just read towards the end of the WYSWIYG documentation:
Note that the helper function doesn’t format the value of this field nor run shortcodes in the content.
I do have three shortcodes that I created to be run in this area: one to show the title, one to show the date and one to show the author.
How would I add those three shortcodes to this:
$value = rwmb_meta( $field_id ); echo do_shortcode( wpautop( $value ) );Thanks in advance.
