Hi John, we had to hire a third-party developer to help us get this going. It works very well but if there's a major update in either Fluent Forms or other software that works in conjunction then the entire process breaks and it's a huge mess! I'm trying to steer people towards Amelia for simple things like this.

Peter, I did follow that exact article and ran the SQL query but it doesn't work. It says the command has been executed but when I go back and look at the id it's still the same. Do I need to adjust the query parameters?

Hi again Peter, as I mentioned earlier, if I create a brand new user they can see this section. But what can I do to allow that existing user also to see?
