Could you please update to the new version of Meta Box AIO (2.3.1) and see if the issue persists? You can also deactivate the Meta Box single plugin because it is integrated into Meta Box AIO.

Can you please edit the field group, select location to show the field group on the CPT again and recheck this? If somehow the location is set back to Post after saving, you can follow this topic to fix the issue

It is the option to generate the file block.json in a specific folder for a field group. If you are worried about this path, you can edit the field group > go to Settings tab > disable this option > export the field group and import it to another site.
