    The free version is always free and don't need activate.

    I guess you mean activate to remove the notice asking to upgrade. To do this, go to My Account page, get the license key and go to your WP admin > Meta Box > License and enter it.

    Note that the menu Meta Box > License is only available if you use at lest one premium plugin on your site. If you don't use any premium plugin, e.g. only the free version, then there's no way to detect that you're a premium user and thus, no way to remove the upgrade notice.

    I don't see any other payments both from FastSpring or on our site. Please check your PayPal again for details. In case there's a transaction in PayPal, please open a dispute to get your money back, since it's not received by our payment gateway. Then you might want to try to buy our plugins again later in a few days.

    Can you please let me know which form do you use to edit data on the frontend? Is that the form for edit user profile or edit/submit posts? Because depending on each type of the form, the action is different.

    Would you mind telling us what features do you use from Meta Box? And can you take a screenshot of the queries details from the screenshot above (by clicking the button from Query Monitor)? I'd like to see what causes the problem.

    @EddieBT and @chillifish, can you try installing the WP-Sweep plugin and clear all transients (we use transient to cache requests)? And then try Dashboard > Updates > Check again SEVERAL times?

    Guys, after you enter and save the license key and get the "active" status, please go to Dashboard > Updates and click the "Check again" to force WordPress to check for updates again.

    Hi guys,

    Can you please share screenshots about this?

    FYI, we cache requests on a daily basis. So if you enter a license key and click Save, and then re-enter the key again, the result for the 2nd request will be the same as in the 1st one. In this case, you might need to try again in a day.

    I’ll check the server if there’s anything wrong.
