Any disadvantage creating all table feilds as TEXT?

Hi

I'm new to Meta Box. For many years, I've been using ACF Pro for Custom fields.

I saw a setting while creating CF: "Save data in a custom table.

Since I'm not a database Pro, I'm unable to create column types manually by coding.

But I really like to have separate tables for each CF group for just organizing everything!

Is there any significant disadvantage using all column types as TEXT (If I check "Create table automatically")?

Note: My site got 7 Custom Post Types, More than 100 taxonomies, and CF (10 CF Groups).
