Can I create a cloneable group in the UI (without code) - Meta Box

Hi there,
I need to have repeatable groups, but I'm not creating my groups using code.
Is there a way to make a group cloneable from within WordPress?
I have AIO which I assumed would allow this functionality in WordPress.
