    Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?
    No matter what I select, it always jumps back to the default value after saving.

    Originally I wanted to solve this via a switch, but as soon as I add a switch it won't let the CF group connect to the post anymore...

    Is there a limit to how many CFs I can put in a group?

    Hello Tobias,

    The issue with the first field radio is the option "Save field value" is disabled. So the field will not be saved value. Please check this screenshot https://monosnap.com/file/rrqiAyjg8AaR76vYivQcD4TX1cPnpl

    Another question. I was working with a switch before I added the select field.
    As soon as I add 2 switches to the group, I can no longer connect it to the CPT. What's the problem here?

    Yes, but as soon as I save the CF group, it no longer works. It then disconnects from the CPT and I can't connect it again. It only works again when I remove the switches.

    I'm just interested in why this doesn't work anymore.
