For some reasons, I lost allthe custom fields attached to the SX625 Events

Did you lose all fields in a field group (UI)? Can you please share some screenshots of the issue or let me know how to reproduce it from scratch?
When adding a new field, it keeps removing the events post type from the location:

It looks like Metabox is unstable; some fields also disappear, and each time I edit something, I lose all of the data.

I have increased the limit to 5000 and the website stopped loading.
You can try to increase the value to 50k or 100k and recheck the issue.
