    Hi, some fields randomly dont save values even though I effectively set max_input_vars to 500k. Phpinfo does show that value so I think that it is effective.

    Also, deleting whole custom field groups will not help (not just trashcan, actually deleting).

    Server protocols dont show any errors.

    What else could it be? :/

    PS: I also deactivated _all_ plugins apart from MB/AIO and cleared browser cache.
    And I deleted all other custom field groups save the one Im talking about. That might indicate some kind of bug...?

    PPS: When I export to a vanilla WP installation, the fields save without issue.
    however that would mean reconstruction the whole site...I am sure there is a better way...

    Found it out: Many fields had the option "save field value" deactivated.
    Dont know how, but activating that did it. So no bug.
