Custom Meta Box Not Working...

I've tried to add a custom meta box to our wordpress installation and it's not working, however on your demo it works perfectly.

At the moment when I add a meta box and click save it saves it as a draft and when I goto edit that meta box it shows as none there.

Any ideas on why this would be happening?

I also managed to change it to published using the quick edit and it still didn't add it to the post type.
