Hi! Very weird issue here, I created a field group and assigned it to a specific page. I'm able to see it but one particular user is not able to see this group on their end. They're able to see other custom fields, just not this one. The weird thing is that we can see that the blue toggle button is enabled in Preferences in Gutenberg, but toggling off/on doesn't do anything. We've tried it in incognito and different browsers. Only this one user is not able to, but others can. What do you think could be causing this issue?

    Hello,

I understand the issue on your site. We've received some reports with a similar issue. A specific user cannot see a field group when editing a post but can see other field groups.
The development team still doesn't find any clue regarding this. You can try to create a new user and recheck the issue.

Hi Peter, I have created a new user for testing purposes and that user can see the fields. It's just this one user. Should I delete the user and recreate using the same username or will that still cause issues?

    Hello,

Yes, please try to create a new user and see if you can see the field group when logging in to the admin area with the new user.

Hi again Peter, as I mentioned earlier, if I create a brand new user they can see this section. But what can I do to allow that existing user also to see?

    Hello,

As I mentioned above, this issue has been escalated to the development team and currently we don't have any clue how this happens. I will get back to you if I have more information.

    Thank you.
