I created a custom table with the address of all users on the site, using the metabox, is it possible for me to create a map where the location of all users on the site can be displayed? The idea is for customers to be able to visually know where their customers live and have this information on a single map.

In theory, it is possible to list all addresses on a map with some custom code. Please refer to this article to display more points on a map https://metabox.io/display-all-listings-on-a-map/

you will need to use the script code that supports showing Google Map
https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/adding-a-google-map
