Does the MB Relationship or Custom table support MB frontend submission? - Meta Box

We are working on a CRM like application where wp posts be added with multiple post meta like around 20.

Only post title and 20+ post meta and a user ID tagged data has to be stored and post content.

So, it is possible to connect this relationship using MB frontend submission form? Also, can all posts be listed for editing through the 'User Dashboard' WordPress block widget?

Yes, you can use the custom table or relationship with frontend submission. Please follow this topic

And the submitted posts can be listed by using the block "User Dashboard", as you use the shortcode
[mb_frontend_dashboard edit_page="123"]
