My apologies, my question was unclear, and I have a typo as well.
I was trying to explain my my way ahead when talking about roles etc, that these are things still to do, not with metabox though.
When I wrote
"I have built a block using Metabox."
I should have said
"I have built a block using Metabox to put the form into a post instead of using a shortcode"
When I wrote
"My plan ahead is to make a template for the custom post type and use the block to dynamically add data from each user to their own "business""
I meant to say "a block"
Having looked about, I think I will have to use a third party solution such as Stackable Blocks for that.
