Dynamic Post Title - Meta Box

Id like to create a dynamic post title after I save the post in the backend - using a combination of a custom field for that post and some static text in the title of the post.

For example:
Title: Static 1
Custom field (advanced taxonomy): Dynamic Title

So then after I save the post it would save as "Static 1 Dynamic Title"
