Dynamically fill in custom field value

I noticed that I can dynamically set the post ID using the following dynamic link: http://siteurl.com/form-url/?rwmb_frontend_field_post_id=123

Is it possible to fill in a custom field like this? If my custom field ID is 'field-123', how can I dynamically fill this in with a value?
