    Hi,

    All MB Builder are empty and non-reactive in admin UI.
    All text content for each Meta Box is now empty on my website.
    I don't know exactly since when this problem appears, maybe since the last WordPress upgrade 5.5.

    Can you help me?

    Meta Box Version 5.3.3
    WordPress 5.5
    PHP version: 7.0.16

    Hi Olivier,

    Could you please deactivate all plugins except Meta Box, MB extensions and switch to the default theme of WordPress (Twenty Twenty) then check the issue again?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply.
    I disabled all plugins except Meta Box, MB extensions and switch to the default theme of WordPress (Twenty Twenty).
    MB Builder is no longer visible after these action, see result on screenshot: https://prnt.sc/u4bi6j

    If my current theme is not disabled (Stratus 2.0.3), MB Builder is always visible but always empty and non reactive :

    Hi,

    FYI, i solved the problem.
    It come from the Stratus theme.
    An update 2.0.4 was available and fix the issue.

    Hi,

    The problem is solved on front website (all text of existing MB are now visible), but the edit of MB content is always problematic on the admin UI.

    Hi,

    The theme Stratus is a premium theme so I'm not able to check the issue with this theme. It seems the theme uses Meta Box as a library to create meta boxes, please try to contact the theme support to ask for help in this case.

    Let me know if there is any information.
