Error updating and install - Meta Box

I'm not able to successfully update de MB Admin Columns plugin. When i update the plugin and refresh the WordPress 'Plugins' page, it shows the same update again.

Another thing. When i install MB Admin Columns before the MB Settings Page plugin an error is shown. Then i have to deactivate the MB Admin Columns plugin, activate the MB Settings Page and reactivate the MB Admin Columns plugin.

I couldn’t find any bug with both plugins. They seem to work fine on my localhost. Do you have a test site that I can login to check?
