    Hello! I am misunderstanding or metabox conditional logic is always active also if i don't include it?

    Hello,

    No. If you are using a bundle plugin like Meta Box AIO, MB Core, you can go to Meta Box > Extensions to turn this off.
    If you are using a single plugin MB Conditional Logic, just deactivate it.
