    For some inputs I would like the option to use the native HTML5 input instead of the custom on. Maybe there could be an option like 'use_html5_input' for the following fields?

    • datetime
    • date
    • time

    Hi Ahn,

    For these 3 type the MetaBox version including the jQuery date and/or timepicker is always used. I cannot find a way to override this behavior.

    I see. For date, time fields, Meta Box uses its own field type. You probably need to create a custom field type to get rid of the overriding from the plugin.
