First clone of group has the "remove-clone" class showing

The first clonable group has the minus sign visible and it's clickable, so if a user clicks on it, the first group is removed and then it's not possible to add another group until a page refresh.

The class should be hidden when only one clonable object is visible but it doesn't seem to be this way for the first group. Also, nested group of the first instance also have the "remove-clone" icon showing, but the button is not working for the child group (no action when clicked)
