    Hello Metabox Team.

I am having issues with spam. I have a frontend submission form for non logged users. The entry is saved as a draft.

I have some required fields and they are validated. I need to work it out one by one.

    1. The field "Imie" is required, limited to 25 characters, must contain at least one Uppercase and only letters:

and still I can get an icon and numbers in the field in spam.

    Same for "Nazwisko".

    2. The field "Wiek" is required, is a numeric field and has some other stuff - but in the spam entry it's empty.

Why the "Wiek" field is empty upon submission?

And why when I test the form in the frontend, the limitations work: I can't use numbers in "Name" and other stuff and "Wiek" must be filled, but regardless of that the spam comes through completely respectless of the limitations?

    Thanks in advance for help.

    Best Regards,

    Joanna

    Hello Joanna,

It looks like the issue in this topic https://support.metabox.io/topic/entries-into-the-database-that-we-cant-explain/

Have you tried to use the Google reCaptcha V3 feature to prevent bots from spamming the frontend form? Please follow the documentation https://docs.metabox.io/extensions/mb-frontend-submission/#adding-the-submission-form
