I'm using Metabox AIO and Google Maps to mark where a location is.

When filling in the text form, so that the map is showing the right location
IF, the text form is in a group (the same group the map is in - the group is cloneable)
THEN, I only get US-based autosuggestions

Or in other words, I have a text & map that is NOT in a group and that works perfectly fine.

Any suggestions on what to do here?

    Hi Floris,

Can you please share a screen record of the issue on your site? I've tested with a Google Map subfield in a group but not seen that issue. Screen record https://monosnap.com/file/9lUaZ7ihFQtgUkYuOHkM683CWLeuQ9

I was able to find out what the issue was, and was able to resolve it by going into the chrome editor (inspect)
(then deleting the 'value' for the first/selected option and thus saving no region as selected)

There was no 'empty' option at the start of the region selection, so it defaulted to United States - I think maybe between the last update and now, but not completely sure.

If the issue comes back, I will let you know.

I can't seem to find any info on this regarding maps. So when I use Google Maps, in the field you have to select a region. I select USA, but I also want other countries, particularly Canada.

I wasn't sure if selecting a region happened to be where it would be the default but other country addresses would still pull up, but I tested inputting Canadian addresses and it doesn't work. How do we deal with maps that require more than one country??
