Get data from external form - Meta Box

Hello there,
i have different groundhogg forms on my website and i need to get all data in one Metabox table. So i´m able to use the main Groundhogg functionality and Metabox features as well. Is there a way to do that?
Groundhogg has it´s own formbuilder, webhooks (in and out) and it´s possible to integrate different form builders like Gravity or Fluent Forms (i already asked if there is a way to integrate fluent forms). But a solution like using webhooks would be the best in this case.

If the Groundhogg form has a function to list forms or an action hook after creating a form and a function to get all fields from the form, we can create a custom table with the columns' names corresponding to the fields.
