I don't just want a box where users can embed a video in the post. I want a meta box that has a video already in it as a tutorial for writers in case they forget how to write the way I tell them to. The meta box should not be able to be edited on post-editor pages.

Hi,

You can use custom_html field. It allows you add custom HTML code for a field via the std param. So you can enter the embeded code of the video for the field. It can’t be edited.
