Following the documentation, I have set up some working frontend submission forms for my CPT field groups. What is the best way to redirect a user to a frontend form directly from the admin menu? For example, I have a CPT named "Individuals." When I click on Add New, I want to go to the frontend form rather than the backend version. I want to be able to do the same from the All Individuals table.
