How to move a core block into another category? - Meta Box

Hi I'd like to have only one category. In order to do so I have to empty the categories by moving the core blocks into one category only. How do I change the category of a core block?

Hi, please try the block_categories filter.

Here is a good tutorial: https://getwithgutenberg.com/2019/04/creating-a-block-category/

Both resources say about adding categories. I'm not sure if it supports removing core categories. Please just try.
