Image selection does not refresh/reset - Meta Box

When creating a new term, the "advanced_image" field does not reset to a blank entry. For example, I recorded my screen showing that the image uploaded to the previously saved term is kept in the fields - https://youtu.be/fBd_cENBxSI

Is it possible to make this field reset back to the "Add Media" button after the term has been created?

Meta box is created using https://pastebin.com/raw/zE6VrFMG.
