    It looks like you are using the form validation, please read more here https://docs.metabox.io/extensions/mb-frontend-submission/#validation

    Please share the code that creates the field group added to the form and validation code. I will help you to check the issue.

    Hi Long, i still see this: Invalid form submission, please try again.
    but, i have no validation on my form.

    My shortcode is:

    do you need my user and password to access admin section?

    There is no issue when I test to create a new user from the registration form on your site. So let's check this again and let me know if the issue still happens.
